In all aspects of UK Academy Soccer we follow and stand by our TEAM principle:
Its simple but effective as we work with you to tailor our service to your needs.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that each child, teenager, or adult placed in one of our development programs will receive individual care and attention from qualified, experienced UK based coaches who above all are passionate about working in soccer!
Our progressive coaching structure emphasises individual skill development to improve the player for the benefit of the team.
It’s your sport and our passion
All our senior coaching staff are F.A. licensed coaches, national background checked to work with children, first aid trained and have considerable experience.
Above all they are great role models for the players they work with. Even our support staff are passionate about the games of soccer and what we are trying to achieve.
Small but perfectly formed
That’s why our coaches tend to stay with us for a long time, meaning we have been able to hand-pick an outstanding group of coaches who share our vision that soccer should be fun.
Our philosophy about player development
We structure our programs through curriculums that introduce players to new skills or aspects of the game through progressive practices of varied control, pressure and competition.
This way we develop you the player, as an individual and not just part of the team.
Relevant Coaching Methods
To ensure we deliver the best technical and tactical coaching, all coaches spend a weekend together at a curriculum retreat where every aspect of the curriculum is practically covered.
We also discuss with coaches additional program requirements as a result of your bespoke requirements.
How we create the right learning environment
Our coaches always meet parents and players as they arrive at a session. We’ll also stay until the last child is collected.
Sites are checked before and after as part of a site check routine that ensures all campers can learn in a safe, controlled environment. Your safety is hugely important to us.
Being a Role Model
Whilst children are in our care coaches strive to act as professional role models and we understand that some children need a little more attention than others, that’s why you will see our staff when required become a ‘big kid’ in order to gain children’s respect, attention and trust.
Your Satisfaction is our Future
We want you to go away talking about us to others and return next year, so its in our interest to provide the best possible care above and beyond our competitors.
